And who better to bring the spirit of Italy to Royal Champagne than Denny Imbroisi? The inimitable Italian Chef from Paris returns alongside Chef Christophe Raoux to create a brunch celebrating mothers in a festive and convivial atmosphere inspired by the dolce vita.

On the menu: pasta al tartufo prepared in a wheel of Grana Padano, beef tagliata, slow-cooked leg of lamb from the brasero, and tiramisu served by the spoonful…

Throughout the lunch, guests will enjoy a distinctly Italian musical atmosphere, enhanced by choreographies performed by the dance troupe of the Centre Artistique d’Épernay — a wonderful opportunity to showcase the talents of our region.
