49 luxurious rooms with magical Champagne views

Architect Giovanni Pace, known for his work at the renowned houses of Moët & Chandon and Janisson, looked to nature to inform the swooping modern structure that plays off the original 17th-century coaching inn. Inside, our interior decorator took inspiration from the natural and cultural heritage of the region, favoring natural materials to create a sleek and graphic mis-en-scene. From any window, soak up infinite views over the Valley.
